I am Rory Mac Connell the President of Florida XVIII Manatee / Sarasota counties. I have attached an introductory letter with the tentative agenda for the SRC spring 2010 that our Chapter will be hosting. I am hoping that you could get this out to your membership to give them this information. The past few conferences have seen a decline in attendance, not only in the SRC but at all the B.K. conferences. I am hoping with your help that we can have our members more informed, ahead of time, to be able to plan schedules to possibly attend more conferences in the future. This is our chapter’s first run at hosting a regional conference, and we are just getting a look at the work it takes to host one of these event’s. It does not matter if we have 100 or 400 the amount of set up work and time will be the same. The work we are finding out ,and have been told is in the set up and preparation for these events. I want to thank you for your time in getting this out to your membership. I hope to see some of you at the SRC Spring 2010 in Venice Florida as we have many things in place already and will keep working to towards hosting a great conference for you.
